Selecting Wedding Flowers Online Packages

Every bride wants her wedding to be as memorable as possible clear down to the last detail. Wedding Flowers Online Packages are one way that she can set the mood for her special day and it’s one of the most major decisions that she’ll have to make regarding her special day.

It can take a great deal of thought to choose the right flowers for her special day. She’ll want to consider her budget, her flower preference, and what sort of package she desires.

The bride may or may not already have a flower design or package in mind. She’ll want to consider her colors, the type of wedding she’s planning to have (indoors or out, large or small, intimate or huge….) and she’ll want to plan all of the details out and match her flowers to her wedding style and desire.

Will she want bouquets for the bridesmaids, the flower girl(s), boutonnieres for the men? What about the altar? Will there be any centerpieces required for the bridal table? Each step of the way, each choice can add up fast if she’s not careful. And of course, there’s the ultimate, don’t forget the bride’s bouquet. She’ll want something for herself.

By knowing where her wedding will be, the type of venue, the number of people and the wedding party, she’ll be able to go forward and calculate what she’s going to need. She’ll also want to set her budget and stay well within her budget. The types of flowers that she selects can all help her to stay within her budget regardless of how many different bouquets she requires.

Many Wedding Flowers Online Packages have selections of flower arrangements that can be chosen from. The bride can go in and look and tell them she wants a specific type of flower and she wants so many bouquets, boutonnieres and so on and then they can work together to stay within her budget.

This is called a consult. The consult shouldn’t be done until the bride has a rough estimate of how many of each item she’s going to require, and the venue. Different flowers are also going to cost different amounts depending on the season.

The floral consultant can work closely with her to help her design her perfect customized package for her needs. Most brides prefer to stay within a specific color scheme and the consultant will help her in selecting the right flowers for her specific color scheme.

How Soon Should I Plan My Flowers?

On average, most brides have had at least a consult six to eight months prior to the wedding.

Should The Wedding Date Be Set Before The Consult?

In most cases, spring wedding dates fill in quickly, if planning a spring wedding date, get it on the calendar quickly before all of the florist’s dates are full. Call ahead and see if they have an opening for the date selected.

Are There Any Dates To Avoid?

The top dates for a florist are Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. It’s recommended that you try to avoid such days as they are usually pretty busy at those times. A few days before or after are highly suggested.

Should I Just Walk In, Or Make An Appointment?

If you make an appointment the consultant can be all ready for you with ideas, pictures, and suggestions at the ready. You can let us know what you’re considering and the style of your wedding and it will be all at the ready for you to review and decide what you want.

Should I Bring Anyone Along?

Most brides bring the groom, their mother, a bridesmaid or all of the above. Some brides just come in on their own and do it all without anyone else’s input. It’s all up to you.

Do You Have Options?

Some brides already have ideas, others haven’t a clue. That’s where we come in at the consult. We can go with what you have in mind, or we can help you look at some ideas and create your own ideal design and ideas. It’s all up to you.

Can I Mix Different Types Of Flowers?

Yes, many brides prefer to mix roses with white party arrangements, others prefer to not have any roses and some prefer all roses. Others prefer to have a bouquet to keep and one to toss. We can make a “to toss” bouquet arrangement out of something different such as some pretty seasonal flowers or whatever the bride desires.

Will I Have To Pay At The Consult?

No, you’ll want to make a deposit at the time of the consultation. The rest will be due before the wedding. Typically, 3 weeks before the wedding most brides pay the flowers off and do a quick double check to ensure that everything is set in place for their special day.

How Long Does The Consult Take?

We know you’re busy, that’s why we suggest that you make an appointment in advance and give us a good idea of what you’re looking for as far as how many bouquets, boutonnieres and so on. It will take about an hour for the consult if you call ahead and everyone is prepared.

Wedding Flowers Online Packages have many great options to choose from and there is something for every budget. We look forward to meeting and working with our brides for their big day.
